Environment: Harmonious, peaceful and compassionate with lots of attention and eye-contact from the parents.
Interactive: Create fun time with non-electronic, tactile toys, along with attention-demanding activities such as bike/tricycle riding, swimming, etc.
Aeration: Well-aerated interiors.
Pure: Free from chemicals and radiation. Organically clean surfaces. Fresh air is important. Aerate your house daily. Vacuum your house every other day at least. Steam-clean your carpets at least fortnightly.
Surrounding: All-natural products and materials. Make your surrounding more natural and less chemical progressively. Use natural toothpaste, bathroom and toiletry items such as soap, shampoo, hand-wash, conditioner, body wash, hair and makeup products, body-room-car deodorants. Natural room-deodorants.
Food: Homemade, low carb diet with a small amount of low-carb-fermented items can heal the gut flora and boost nutrition.
Toys: Natural interactive toys. Reduce screen time progressively.
Clothing: As natural as possible. At least few hours a day with skin to air / sun contact, safely.
Rituals: Dinner finished by 6 pm, bath at 7 pm and in bed by 7.30 pm. Encourage kids to chew every mouthful, twenty or more times, by example! All lights are off by 7 pm, and screens by 7.30 pm.
Massage: A warm regular oil massage in a heated bathroom, before dinner, in the early evening, can optimise mind-body connection.
Kitchen: Healthy, natural, low-carb food, snacks and drinks.
